How do they send the EAD card? USPS or UPS?? They sent it already but didn't get a tracking number

I don't know what else to do anymore......I got approved on December, 10 2012 and I received my EAD card and approval letters on December,15th. But when I got them there was a Big! typo.......they forgot to put my first name on both approval letters as well as my card. I called them the next day to let them know about the typo because I wouldn't be able to use the card without my name on it. And all behold they told me they would fix it and send me a new card and get back to me by January, 1st. When they contacted me they said that I would have to wait 60 days for my new card...which is complete crap....I tired of the wait.....like really get your stuff together......just when I thought I would be able to get my license and apply for school and start in the spring wrong wrong I have to wait 60 more days. Then again no one ever said life would be easy especially in my situation. :/
