Anyone else sent e requests and got the run around like this "You have filed a Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) category. The 90 day period for adjudicating Form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case.

Once you have an approved Form I-821D and your Form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending Form I-765."

I had all this because I applied for GC with my parents a couple of years ago but I was denied as I had aged out, 21. When you apply FOR GC you automatically apply for and get a 1 year EAD but this officially expires, on the denial day, if you get a denial . So my concern is that the ajudicator sees my EAD was due to expire two months after June 15th 2012, however my app for GC was denied late 2011. Officially I was out of lawful staus when I turned 21 regardless of how many different visas I applied for and was denied, due to aging out.
