No one is blaming anyone. You're taking this way out of context.

Let me clarify for you (or in your case make it into simple terms). This is what I mean by we were "set up to fail", we were given this opportunity to temporarily work, not be deported, have a social, driver's license, etc. But no matter how hard you work and how hard you want to succeed, we can't because it doesn't solve the problem that your status here--your SSN, driving privileges and work can easily be terminated at any time. Not having something more substantial that guarantees your status here in the US - i.e.. path to citizenship/Immigration reform, we were set up to fail. So, we had a taste of some-what having a "normal" life but if DACA is revoked, all DACA recipients will be back to square one (No job, no social, no driver's license, and now that they have all your information a chance of being deported--hopefully it doesn't come down to that with the new president).

How in the world did you find my statement blaming anyone? It is merely stating a fact.

Last time checked there is no apply legally unless you have a job sponsoring, rich, family petion, or loterry.

So please provide me sources where it says I can apply legally to the USA?

You're as ignorant as Trump. Doesn't even know the laws of immigration.

What a Trump supporter.
BAHAHAHA! I think Piano is drinking that good kool-aid.

Trump supporter sounds just about right. He's probably a closet- republican! "Go back to where you came from and apply legally". Seriously?!

Sorry, I hate to be condescending but don't throw me a bone and call me ungrateful.

Here you are crying that I took what I said out of context and here you are taking what I said out of context

"Apply legally"

You're telling me lots of people don't leave the country, wait their ten year ban and then come back here with a visa? You're telling me this isn't legally viable?

Well, then you do it and see if you are granted a visa to come back. Tell me how that's gonna work out for you after 10 years. LOL

If it doesn't solve the problem then you can do what lots of people here have done. They have found other paths of adjusting their status. Marriage seems to be the most popular one.

Basically where what you're crying here is that given DACA isn't enough because it's in no means a path of ever being turn into anything else than with it and because of this it was set up to fail. Did you apply for DACA with out knowing of any this? You're making it seem as if no one ever told you this at all. Basically you're crying because no one told you DACA isn't a path into legalization. Everyone here or at least some of us here knew DACA was a dead end in the spectrum of finding a path of adjustment. But many people took advantage of this one little loophole DACA made possible. AP and being allowed back with inspection which makes adjusting through marriage a lot easier. It seems you're mad and upset DACA isn't more of what you think you deserve and if you're unhappy. I suggest you pack your bags and self deport now. Then find whatever method you can to enter the country legally. Or actually make a life from whatever country you're from. There isn't anything temporary there you know and you won't be afraid of having your citizenship there ended by some political entity

Do I need to repost your comment about going back and applying legally? LOL You're obviously in these forums for the same reason most of us are. Put your money where your mouth is, if you can really come back legally after 10 years by all means do so.

Only two things can come out of this: You come back after more than 10 years with a path to adjust (Congrrats) or you don't (which proves you wrong).
