Again as I was looking at the previous threads many people argued about, but seems like the majority received their deferred action/work permits just fine.
Okay, so that settles it. I'm printing it and sending it in after I get my passport photos taken... crossing my fingers and toes.

So what's the verdict? Write "Unlawful status-DACA" and omit the words "by ICE"?

The text field doesn't allow this many characters if I spelled out Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

For Question 15 on the I-765 form, we were not granted DACA through ICE. That's for a different group of people who were being held by ICE and qualified for DACA.

On my initial I-765 application I put "B2 Visitor Visa Overstay"
Now I will probably just put Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

Regarding question #15. My lawyer put 'EWI' on the original form back in 2012 if that helps.

Q.14, Same thing you put when you applied the first time, unless you traveled abroad using Advance Parole and were paroled back into the U.S.
Q.15, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

I went to get my passport photo taken and purchased a money order. Both employees who helped me mentioned there was an unusual increase in people getting their photos taken and money orders for 465 lol...

Can anyone point me to the address we mail our documents to and to whom we make our checks out to? Also, does anybody have a digital copy of the I-821d renewal form?
