In the end i kept both, one stamped and the other one not stamped
Everything you get in the mail you get to keep unless it specifically states that you have to mail it back (usually with further evidence or signatures).

Do you guys think that it's possible that they wont look at your case until after the scheduled biometrics date just they weren't informed of the walk-in.

Just my interpretation of the news, they've ran a report for 821s with biometrics completed so I don't thing they're waiting for the actual date. Plus the people that received an approval were all walk ins and received approvals prior to their bio date. But again Nebraska has so far been the only ones approving.

Question for you guys that have done your bios:

I know that there's a form to fill out, does it ask for both the case type and the receipt number, or just the case type?

I ask because on my appointment notice it says that the case type is 1821D but the receipt number (on the appointment notice) is the 765 one. So do I fill it in just as it says on the appointment notice?

No need to fill the receipt number on the form. They will scan the barcode that is on your paper.

And we have to take ONLY the biometric appointment letter correct? Because I got a little confused with the different receipt numbers on the appointment letter and first 797C receipt I received.
