Once you are deported and the government has a record of it (that is, they took your name, fingerprints, etc) then as a deportee you are banned from the country for a period of time. If you break the ban by entering the country again without permission, no matter how soon after being deported or in what way, you get a permanent ban.

Your case is different than most Dreamies, but then again we don't know what the final version of the DA will look like, so you may qualify in the end. You're thinking that because you were basically only out of the country for a few hours it wouldn't really count, but the truth is once you are deported by the US government there is little chance the US will allow you back (and you coming right back doesn't help your chances). You asked if we think this will hurt your chances of qualifying for the DA and I think that it will; you may consult with a lawyer, but I would wait until DA passes to do so.

I don't think it would help you. You entered after getting a 10 years ban and it's a felony. Maybe because you were a minor while you re-entered then it will slide.

You'll have to consult an attorney.
