Thats a good question..........
If CIR dosen't passes the vote to open debate, i think that will be the end of CIR this year.

They better do some work, If not....We latinos (who can vote) need to stay home in NOV. and Not for for NEITHER PARTY.

don't be too naive. There is money in the Climate and Energy bill, money is pushing for these legislations/investments all the time.

As early as within a week to debate more and vote again. They may vote on the DREAM Act stand alone bill.

Have you seen Senator McCain in the headlines lately? Senator McCain will not vote for in favor of an immigration bill, especially this year.
