i dunno, but passport just tells me you visited not that you stayed.

Omg my brother didn't register for selective service!!! Is it really bad he's 19 right now!?? Does he need selective service card for deferred action??:

No worries. He has until he is 26. Just tell him to sign up as soon as possible.

Ya'll are stressing. They don't have my middle school records anymore because I'm 26. After 10 years, they go poof! I do have my certificates and report cards from when I was in middle school though.

My high school transcript shows that I was here when I was 14 years old. Under 16. Arrival can be shown through your passport. You don't need your middle school transcripts, even though they can be used.

I'm just happy that I got my new passport in the mail today! With the old one and the original visa too. I'm going to order my I94 when I get the spare cash in the next month or so after filing.

lol damn another twist. You have a point. But I am pretty sure the Passport stamp/I-94 will be sufficient to prove that requirement of entering before age 16. If the person has this, middle school records shouldn't be required. Now the issue about staying, it seems like it's self explanatory. The person wouldn't be here if they didn't stay. I don't knowwww this is going to be a major circus.
