Did you write the correct dob on the biometrics sheet?

Yeah I wrote the correct dob on the biometrics sheet for sure. It's just my original i765 for that screwed me over...

I wonder if I can still apply for a ssn with this EAD...

dang man DOB?...they misspelled my middle name but in your case you probably will have to wait to get it fixed. sorry

Yeah, I'm such an idiot... By the way, does anyone know if SSA also cross references the DOB when running SAVE? I fear it might give a mismatch since I will provide SSA with the correct DOB in the SS5 form and show my passport but USCIS has the wrong one in their system.

From what I read, they perform IV (initial verification) checks only critical data which means not everything. They dont specify what data that is exactly but if that test fails then they do an AV (advanced verification) with probably more data. I applied and If I get a card within 2 weeks then Ill know that the middle name isn't part of the IV check b/c it doesnt match right now. DOB seems more significant than a middle name to me alteast.

yep i got my social security card with all correct info even though my ead had the middle name with the error...middle names are not critical data. if you go to uscis for the self-check, they dont even ask for the middle name

okay so they made a mistake on my i765 receipt i called sept 24th(which i stupidly misplaced the referral #) to have it fixed i never heard a word from them after that i figure they'd fix it anyways today i received my approval letter for the i765 and my ead card both with the same freaking error they told me they would expedite my case so if i don't hear anything in 5 days to call again but she did tell me i will have to send my ead with the error back though.
