10 year ban if you are over 19

3 year ban if you're under 19 but over 18

i don't believe you acquire "unlawful time" until the age of 18

Quick question: Traveling to Hawaii, we probably don't need advance parole for that right? I'm just wondering since my fiance and I were looking into getting married somewhere nice and beautiful. Our top choices are Hawaii, Newport, CA, Florida or Oregon

It shouldn't be a problem, like traveling to Alaska.

Yeah you're most likely right. I was wondering if anyone might know here. I'm super paranoid and cautious, that i'll triple check with USCIS and my lawyer haha... But thanks for answering! I know flying WITHIN the U.S should include Hawaii or Alaska (because they're part of the U.S, duh lol) So yeah...

A lot of Dreamers have been to Hawaii and back many times. Its fine. I plan to go myself.

As for the advance parole topic, I'll probably never see some of you people again. Good luck.

If someone on here acquires AP and gets rejected upon re entry, I would not feel sorry one bit. Instead I would make a giant "I told you so" rage comic.

May, as in if you have Unlawful Presence, if you don't, you will not have a problem re-entering.

"Travel outside of the United States may have severe consequences for aliens who have been unlawfully present even if they have obtained advance parole."

Why would you want to take that chance?

That's like someone telling you, "jumping off from the roof may cause severe injuries"

Are you going to say, "Oh, so there's a possibility that it may not, okay I'll jump"

With that being said, go ahead and give it a try. I want to see if you are successful or not.

No, seems like people don't understand that DACA is not a green card, or full legal residence.

Just like the application process, it's at your own risk. It's only a matter of a time before someone posts from abroad "omg I can't get back in the states even with AP!!"

Where is the word "MAY" in this?
