I really think that if you don't have any criminal records or anything that you know its going to get on the way to getting approve just do everything by yourself and don't hire anybody that will only make you loose time.

Going back to your post: there must be something you could show as proof...like I told you I was missing info for the year 2010 and I only sent them a letter from AT&T telling them that I had service with at&T from may 2009 to october 2010..and also a cell phone bill from metropcs showing I had service from 208 to 2013...so I guess that helped but i was a little scared when I sent that but today I received an approval notice so just look for anything you might have...perhaps you could get affidavits.
I agree with you. my dumbass lawyer shouldve checked. and no wait until you hear this, my RFE letter was sent on the 6th and it was sent to their office, not my house, and them assholes gave me a call at the end of February... THE F**** It was sent on the 6th!!!! they literally made me wait a month!!!!! I could have been approved by this month or at the end of Feb... FML!! I want to cry!!!

also, I'm only 19, and I don't pay any bills or have any bills. I'm still living with my parents and they're the ones that pay everything. so pretty much nothing is in my name. like cellphone bill, house phone bill, Rent, internet, etc. all under my parents name. The only thing I have are my bank statements, all of the purchases that I did in 2012.. do you think that would be enough? I hope so.

Have people that know you do an affidavit saying they have known you for so long and they have been in contact with you all this years and that you have been present in usa....and have THEM, notarize their letters! plus your bank accts and stuff shall be good!

Well all I got are all of my bank statements, like purchases and stuff that were done in 2012... thats honestly all, Oh and a letter from the bank that says how long I've had my account open . I hope that's enough for them... Any suggestions? what else can I gather?
Bank statements are good evidence, but did you purchase something every month? Did you ever buy things online, if you did, check your e-mail for receipts. Did you use facebook during the year of 2012? If you did, check to see if you have any Check-ins.

With the bank statements, amazon purchase receipts you have a pretty strong case.
