you should have known your rights.. why did you let them search you? Did they have suspicion beyond a reasonable doubt? ie - did they actually smell weed right then and there? If not, they had no right to search or arrest you (the caller could have been trolling for all they know). did they read you your Miranda rights?

Don't do illegal things if you don't know your rights to defend yourself - kind of a no brainer

Yes they read me my miranda right and handcuffed me but didn't went to jail. So is this still an arrest?

its all up to how DHS sees it, you already have a history it seems thought so what I would right now is get a state background check and an FBI one


at this point there is something you can do about it but speculate

so far you have a possession of drugs and illegal weapons going for you man, even if these are dismissed, they still make you look good. Heck even wrongly accused is bad enough. "why were you accused in the first place? "

I know man I'm ducking up. But possesion of drugs? That was my friend who got charged. They didn't go to deep with me that time. I didn't get charged at all but with the knife, it was my first time ever getting into some real shit with the law
