There they go again. Gimmicks from the NPIC, both parties and 'advocates' - 10 yrs in 'legalized' status, but not RPI or PR is TPS.

We don't need legislators for TPS - DHS or President Obama can give us that 100% within the current laws. They should stop playing with people's lives, stop deportations and get serious about this. Four years + on and still not done with their 'secret' plan?

To me, the problem is clear cut. The small number of Republicans who control major influence in the House are against ANY FORM of Legalization. They are COMPLETELY against ANY sort of program to even slightly bring undocumented people out of the shadow. There is no other answer here. We are literally talking a very small number of radicals who are hell bent on bringing their entire party down to fulfill their personal grudges against immigrants. Piecemeal approaches will never work. They will first pass the border enforcement versions and forget about the rest.
