Not a big deal, it happens all the time.
Tax preparer will know how to fix that (not to be racist, but especially the Latino ones, or the ones that deal with undocumented people. I'm just saying that because my coworker did hers with a white person and he had no clue that undocumented people could get ITIN) :/
