LOL at least I dont feel like I'm the only one with that now. I also hope our vision doesn't deteriorate to the point where we have to get a corneal transplant.

Kerataconus causes a good amount of astigmatism.

I also inquired about Lasik and it wont help keratoconic eyes. In fact, it would be harmful because it would involve thinning an already thinning cornea. The next step after RGP contacts will no longer provide acceptable vision is a corneal transplant though, fine tuned with a little Lasik.

^I think optometrist should unite and stop selling glasses to illegals so they can self-deport.

Any optometrist caught selling glasses to illegal children should have his license taken away.

If only optometrists fingerprinted everyone the world would be a safer place.

Off topic: does it strike anyone else as odd that the pro-life crowd calls children illegal? WTF?

^ Not sure if you were talking about all children or just dreamies (although I'm not so sure we are "children" ) but remember this thread?

Ok heres an update, not that you would care to know but eh...

So I finally received my glasses from zennioptical.com after 2 weeks, and I have to say the build quality is great for $28, ($9 extra only because my prescription was heavy or they would have been $19) and the prescription seems to be right on. Makes for a fantastic spare pair for you people that primarily like "designer" frames. So I can recommended them for now, I will see how long they last.
