This isn't about encouraging people anything you republican wanna be. I've seen lots of people on Facebook or social media claiming they were born here when I know for a fact they were not. Get your face out of trumps ass Kenya boy

It's at any level, even in a casual conversation, if you have to lie, lie that you're an LPR.

Still for documents these need your signature for there to be a claim, otherwise you can blow it off as mistake of whoever filled out the form.

From an attorney doing a QA session a whole ago, she said that USCIS would need a warrant to see those records. Especially if you no longer work there. So it's not worth the hassle for them. But I'm sure it varies by case.

I-9s aren't filed anywhere that's how. I-9s are just kept on file for however long and DHS won't see them unless ICE raids the business.

What about loan/mortgage applications or credit card applications or something like that? Will they be able to see what in them?

Even with keeping I-9s there are caveats. So unless the raid happens when the person is employed within a certain time of hire or after the end of employment, they can discard the form. Even though it's against the law, I know of multiple smaller businesses that still don't use I-9s. A W-2, ID, SSN is all they require
