How does it make you feel to say leave out aged out dreamers without even blinking? You do realize there is no DACA without the DREAM ACT right? Not attacking you it is just bizarre to here DACA folks say leave out older dreamers who laid the ground work and started this movement almost two decades ago.

Lol. He's a troll. He'll probably be banned once again very soon.

I know this is slightly off-topic, but why exactly did the June 2012 memo exclude those who are 31 and older? It can't be because of Repub. "backlash", because they were going to be pissed off anyway. I just never investigated why older Dreamers were excluded.

Some idiots here think they have a saying in what will actually go into a would be bill. It's insane actually. One mofo was all "my biok swilk have E verify " like are you serious ? Trumps very own proposal didn't even have E verify and here you are proposing it ?

Even insanely irrational Marco is realizing ending chain migration just like that is a no and a border and DACa fix are more important. I am calling it now that trump will come around and settle with just his stupid wall

The bill can easily pass with no freedom caucus and black caucus. Hopefully they move those visas to merit based.

Because of "no drama" Obama.

They have to separate family reunification from a DACA legislation. Otherwise, it won't ever pass.

Do you guys think congress will have come to an agreement by February 8th? that date is only a week away and I do not see much progress being made. Trying to be optimistic here but it seems congress folks just keep going in circles about what to do and never truly arriving to anything of substance. Hopefully they come to their senses soon and agree on Wall + Border Security for DACA & the aged out dreamers.

Nothing will happen by the 8th. I think March 5th is the key. Congress never passes anything unless it’s truly the last day to do something lol.

True. It seems like March 5th is a better timing for them to agree on something. I am looking forward to hear what Trump will say about us tonight at the SOTU address. Many politicians (Republicans and Democrats) are bringing DACA recipients and/or dreamers' relatives to the SOTU. Should be interesting to watch.
