Rumors and preemptive attacks against us have been making the rounds recently saying NBPC is "selling out" for amnesty, which is ridiculous. We're willing to work with Senators Sinema, Tillis and anyone else who wants to end the current border crisis.

Their full statement basically states they were the ones to provide input to the Border Security provisions. From their POV, they are totally fine with Dreamers getting pathway since the proposal ultimately achieves this- border security.

The provisions include a 14% salary rais for border agents and additional hires.

I’m stunned.

Has BP EVER supported a plan?

I was wondering the same thing. My inclination is no.

It is going to be CRUCIAL for them to stay steadfast and weather thru all the negative attacks. Then we should be home free.

So, Senator Durbin is in charge of the Sen Judiciary and promised last week to deliver a DreamAct 'miracle'.

Where is he??

The Sinema thing is not even a legislation document; just a framework.

Schumer and Durbin need to put Dream/Promise Act/Farmworkers bill (which Dems already passed in the House) to a vote now.

Seriously, like where is the official text of this amendment or bill?? The clock is ticking.

harsh sanctions for individuals who fail to appear in court
regardless of their fear of persecution.
Can someone please explain what does this means? Does this means people who have final order of deportation in absentia, don’t qualify?
