Did everyone else get a tracking number when their new card was shipped? I just got an email saying they sent my card out today, no tracking number though. License expired on the 18th I need to renew it ASAP!

I also haven't received any approval letters yet and I got approved on the 16th. When I first applied a couple years ago I got the letters right away, and the next day the EAD card.

So my case is being processed at the texas service center as well, it seems like the cases there are taking MUCH longer than nebraska?!?!

My old EAD has already expired and I've been trying to do everything I can to try to get them to just look at my case but no real luck lately.

Just got an email back from Ombudsman:

While we understand your concern with the processing of your DACA renewal application, we are unable to move forward with an inquiry on your case with USCIS until it has been pending for more than 105 days. The Ombudsman is aware of the hardship caused by delayed DACA renewal adjudications, as well as the lack of a process at USCIS to expedite applications, and continues to engage USCIS to seek solutions to these issues on a systemic level.

We encourage you to contact USCIS and request that a Service Request Management Tool (SRMT) ticket be generated. USCIS permits such tickets to be generated in DACA renewal applications and the related applications for Employment Authorization Documents when the cases have been pending for 105 days. You will find contact information for requesting an SRMT ticket at this site:
http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contac...service-center.

If your case has been pending before USCIS for 105 days and has not yet been adjudicated, please submit a new request to this office for assistance by filing a new DHS-7001.

Since your application has been pending for less than 105 days, our office will be closing this matter.

Sincerely,

Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman

I'm supposed to be starting an internship on 6/1 conditional on my new work authorization.... that will be exactly 103 days since USCIS has been processing my case. hopefully I will get it within the next month.

Case Received: 2/18/15 (Texas Svc Center)
EAD Expired: 2/25/15
Biometrics: 3/20/15
Still waiting.

Contacted ombudsmen, they contacted USCIS, and send their response when they receive it. I'll call tomorrow to try and get my case expedited, and every day after.
