If you have a pending application, I believe you are part of the backlog. Also none of this has been negotiated. I think there will be further concessions on 'chain migration'.

I dont even drink or smoke, OR drink coffee so it's not like Im spending my money on the things I dont really need. I dont ask my parents for help because they're already working hard enough to keep themselves and my little sister afloat.

So the $495 is actually a ton of money for me right now.

I would appreciate it if you dont judge someone without knowing their story first. Because you're no different than an ignorant Trump supporter when you make assumptions about an individual or a group of people.
Ignore that guy, if you need the money, and there is a fund that provides assistance, then use it. Everyone needs to stop worrying about what others are doing.

My sister just turned 21 last May, she left with her husband who's in the army now stationed in Japan.

So with all that going on, plus they were requesting information to make sure everything was ok to apply it has taken some time. Major delays now are sending my sister the 30+ pages she has to sign and then having them returned back.

Not to mention the cost, thankfully i have saved since I first started working so I am able to help them with that.
Believe me, my parents and I have been waiting for this for 20 years now, insane.

School takes up most of my day. I have classes every day from 8am to 3pm, which means I get up at 6am. Then I come home, and I have to study and do homework and try to find a time to eat dinner. When I finish homework and studying which I have at least 3-4 hours a night (PTA program is extensive), then I have maybe an hour to relax and get ready for bed before I start all over again.

On Tuesdays, I go to a bible study in the evening. I actually work on Saturdays when I can and when the clinic is open. On Sundays, which is my only day to rest, I volunteer all morning at church.

Look, I am paying for EVERYTHING else. Forgive me for trying to use a scholarship people have put in place. Im just using my resources. I didnt know that was such a horrible thing to do.
