November EAD Expirations Group - Page 25

Good morning guys, this morning I got a text messages from USCIS saying that my case has been updated. So I went to the website and they approved my DACA and EAD after a month and a half of my DACA expiring. Hang in there guys, your turn is coming.

When did you file? And when did you expire?

USCIS got my application August 18, 2014 and my DACA/EAD expired November 14, 2014.

Holy crap that's very close to mine. They received my app August 26 and my EAD expired November 13. Hopefully later today I get approved. If not Monday.

Yeah, it should be with in these next couple of days.

Thanks, I did everything that you have already done. I called USCIS several times, had them submit a case to expedite my case, contacted my congressman and yesterday I had a Infopass appointment with USCIS. In my appointment, they told me that my application "cleared" on December 30, 21014 and that they were processing it but that it can take another 30-90 days but I got approved this morning.

Yeah you should be up soon. My app was received august 19th so very similar to Loso and I got approved on Friday as well. I'm hoping next week for you!

I'm hoping so too. I got an email Friday saying my case is under review by an officer and that I should receive a decision within 60 days.
