I am just praying this thing gets better by end of the month so I can make my travel in July (although flights are extremely expensive

Just out of curiosity, how do you have EWI? I am assuming you didn't come here with a visa and overstayed? Also, if you dont mind me asking how are you going about adjusting your status for green card?
My parents brought me here with no documentation when I was a baby. My husband is a citizen.

Hi guys, I just wanted to update you with my case. I sent out my application April 25th through USPS. They received it on April 28th and sent me a notice on May 5th. Yesterday June 10th I was approved!! It took about 5 weeks. I filled out the Application myself. I sent a copy of my Id, work permit and college Id. I sent a copy of doctors letter in Spanish and a letter I wrote explaining why it's important for me to travel. I translated the doctors letter myself a long with my birth certificate. ( I found templates online). I am a Spanish translator minor student so I sent them records of the classes I took to proof I was competent to translate. I forgot to sent photos and I was freaking out about that but at the end it didn't matter. I am guessing I should receive the paperwork early next week. I will keep you guys posted on when I decide to flight out.

Hi everyone! I just found this forum and was reading the successful stories using AP, it's very encouraging!

I have a question, I was approved for DACA and I want to apply for AP. One of my aunts has been very sick and would like to see her but I really haven't read of people being approved for AP to visit an ailing aunt or uncle, is that possible? She is the closest family I have out of the states. My husband is a USC and we have a 6 month old baby, I don't know if that matters. I do plan to file for AOS, however I would like to get AP first since I came to the US EWI when I was 9 years old and would like to clear that first. Has anyone had this situation or something similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys. Just want to update you guys on my AP application. I sent it May 13th and I was approved June 19th. I still have not received my documents so I don't know how many days I was given. I asked for 31 days starting July 30th.
I plan to travel from Tijuana to Guadalajara. I will be crossing the border my car. Has anyone crossed by land using AP?
Thanks for the time.

I am about to apply for advanced Parole next month as my mom lives in Tijuana and will be going into surgery. Please keep me in your prayers, guys. I have been in the states for 22 yrs now. I received my DACA nov 7, 2012, expired in Nov 6, 2014 and got re-approved for it in august 2014 now going until october 8 2016.

How swift is this process? Did any of you hire an attorney?
