If it so does not reflect delivery completed I would not worry. Try giving them a call tomorrow to see if there's anything they can do.

I contacted my senator today just in case and to see if they can find out why my card has been in process for so long.

Thanks for the pep talk, guys. My supervisor asks me about my EAD everyday, so the eagerness to get it in my hands so I can get back to work is what had me on edge.

The status still says "Sent out for delivery", so I'll contact the post office about it tomorrow in the hopes that they still have it, and that it's not lost. I'll keep you guys updated.

And Eva, I need to stop complaining because I just noticed that yours may not have been shipped yet I seriously hope it does soon. It's a painstaking waiting process.

If it was delivered it would have reflected on the USPS status updates by now.

And I am not too worried but I hope they ship it out at least by next week. I'm just glad that they can inform me that my card is indeed in production. (Even if its taking longer)

Same. I feel that way too. As long as I received confirmation that it is in production and I have it on record, I'm thrilled. It's still upsetting though that they're not on top of it. I was so used to my card arriving like 5 days after I saw approval.

I'm not really surprised, though. They are using the online ELIS system for production of our EADs so I can imagine it is as painstakingly slow as were the approvals. I'm just hoping for a status update soon and to be done with this awful renewal.

I wonder how that is working... Cause some that got approved same time as us have already received their cards so idk what the delay for us is. If they want a new picture, tell me. It doesn't take long to get produced so there must be some data delay holding it up.

Yea man, I'd gotten used to seeing it after 3 days. Those glory days are long gone lol

Might depend on the card processing center. I'm in California so who knows what card production site I'm assigned to.
