I'm pretty sure USCIS can see what we see. My point is some people are saying they can't see their applications on the ELIS site. They are only able to see their supporting evidence.

Been 64 days since they received my application, still no biometrics. So I hung up, called again, spoke with someone else and they transferred me to the ELIS tech service desk, he was pretty much useless and told me I needed a letter with the code, which I said I never got so he said I needed to speak with an immigration officer and that they would be able to help me, I am waiting for the call back from them so we shall see....

Yesterday, I checked myaccount and it says:

USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided.

Green Card? Whatever, I assumed they meant my EAD. So I called, like I was told, to get a tracking number. The level 1 rep was completely clueless (like always) and the level 2 officer told me my card had not been mailed yet and that when it does, my tracking number will appear on my account online.

Has anyone had a similar situation? I remember seeing a post where someone's account also said a green card was being mailed. When did you receive your EAD?

The ELIS service desk rep should be able to give you your code. My brother and I did that, my code did not work. But his did. Try again

When I first received my code in the mail it did not work when I tried making an account. After like two months I tried again and it worked. Mind you the code was set to expire after 30 days lol
