I think I already told you to stop listening to this "friend" who's been giving you shitty advice.... Just think about it, when is lying about an identification EVER ok?

Also, they can easily tell ITIN vs SS# just by looking at the first few digits, as SS# have geographic/other encoding to them (they're not random #.) DMV's now have electronic verification that allows them to instantly verify the ss#, so if you try something like this, you would make an ass out of yourself AND probably get detained.

Looking at your first post again, your friend seems to think that ITIN is a free pass substitute for everything that requires a SS#, including job applications. We're telling you that's false.

I don't know how else to be more clear, but next time you're in this predicament from the friend's advice, the answer is always no.
