Since no one answered the original question I'll take a crack at it. Counterfeit goods are handled by the United States Customs and Borders Protection(C.B.P.).
Go to https://apps.cbp.gov/eallegations/
Click to report trade violations. Give all the info. Under classification type, put Intellectual Property Rights.

Btw, it's completely anonymous.

WTH, why would you say that kind of stuff? Especially on this forum. Can we be a bit more mature, and set a better example?

Some people have passed the level of immaturity on this forum. People dont be stupid and use terms like "Cocaine" and phrases like "I sell illegal items too". Please remember you are representing MILLIONS of us.

Once again, thank you dreamy14 and waterwise12. A friend of mine is in law school and filed a complaint making it seem like he purchased the items. The place was visited by officials and have received a warning!
