Piano there is nothing that interesting to read. I interpreted the question which is sandwitched between two answers that are where I am from, look at the application again. It asks which country I was born in, then question 9 and then where I am a citizen of. So I interpreted the questions to be about my country where I can legally come and go. Like I said I applied to much logic. Then if you look at the application you go to Part 2 labelled Arrival/Residence. Here it definatly asks if you resided continuously in the US since June 15t2007 which I answered yes, I dont think USCIS will think I am trying to lie.

I believe I understand what you are trying to say and I can see why anyone could get confused. At the workshop I went to they told us that the questions could be a bit confusing and that's why someone else would write in our answers. Best of luck OP. If you do receive an RFE maybe you could send them an affidavit stating that you misinterpreted the question.

For some who do not already know, MAYITO put on a thread yesterday that he had been denied and gained a lot of sympathy from people. He did this on a thread about two people who were genuinly denied and got their denial notices yesterday. MAYITO came out this morning and admitted he had not been denied but did this to scare me. That's why I am calling this immature idiot a joker. Come back when you have something sensible to add to this discussion.
Is there really a need for insults? I mean I accept the rest of the adjectives but "Idiot". oO

Did you seek any sort of legal help? Were you in such a rush to get done or something? I don't believe you will be denied it is interesting because as i have mentioned before there hasn't been anyone here who put down their birth country that country. I don't think the question was tricky or confusing at all but that just me. I suppose if you have never dealt with applications of this sort understanding terms would be hard son I don't blame you. However you should have come here and asks about it before sending your application. Again it was not rejected explaining what you did wrong but it was accepted in. A rejection would be something like you didn't sign it. So that's why your case is interesting.

It's asking for country of residence which means what country are you currently residing/living in. In our (DACA applicants') case, it should be US.

No I didn't seek legal advice and didn't even think of forums at that time. Also I have filled in many applications and that is propaply where the confusion occurred as many other forms would want your country of residence to be where you are allowed to reside.
To other Dreamers who are still to apply the answer to question 9 is US.
