The only good thing the mexican consular ID does is it helps me scrape off dry cpu heat compound off of cpus. That thing is worthless aside from helping you establish credit at the curacao (LOL) and helping you getting a bank account, and getting insurance for your vehicle then that's all there is. Cops see that thing and they automatically assume that you're not here legally. Thing has no backing what so ever and the lamination process makes local authorities think twice before accepting it anywhere... The actual process of getting one is actually kind of a pain and people should conciser that into the validity of the document. Its a pos though. GOOD LUCK!
