Some people aren't shut ins and put themselves in social situations that can get them mistakenly accused of crimes. You think cops, landlords, racist assholes aren't just going to have a field day profiling and falsely accusing brown ppl?

I don't have a landlord, i own my home.

Don't live in fear, brothers and sisters. Don't give in to the fear mongering.
When sh*t hits the fan, tackle that sh*t head on.
Do your due diligence, stay out of trouble, have fail-safes, have Plan Bs and Plan Cs.

The honest truth is, Democrats have to play ball with Republicans in regards to immigration this year. We have to go through birthing pains on the way to legalization.

And I can't stress this enough, stop listening to the mainstream media.. That stuff will give you anxiety.

I think you are mistaken about what it means to be charged with a crime. Charges are filed when the state has enough evidence to pursue a case against you. There are situations where a person is accused or even arrested but no charges are formally filed since there is a lack of evidence.

it's clear AF, either charged (formally), arrested (not charged), convicted (charged and found guilty), admits (regardless of guilt)

that's cool that you live your life like Tony Robbins. Still doesn't change the fact this is a trash bill with real repercussions if passed, that no dem has any biz voting for.
