I have to ask though, I noticed you had waited till January of this year to send in your application. Why on earth did you wait 4 months if you were eligible??
Thanks for tips appreciated it and to answer your question, why I waited so long, te best excuse or it's probably not even an excuse is just simply laziness I should say plus I needed to get copies of paperworkd or evidence I needed to send. So I finally did in January and therefore is all I can say in regards to that.

Thank god ice didn't pick me up but I've been arrested quite a few times for the same excuse of no dl so I've been fortunate enough to not get picked up but this time they handcuffed me and the whole none yards and like I said since it was a checkpoint security check they weren't require to take people into the station, all that was being done were pictures taken n signing for papers for release and tickets.

There was someone in here that was not arrested but was given a ticket for no DL before DACA approval. He went and told the judge and the judge actually gave them an extension and made the ticket a fix it ticket. I think you will be fine. Minus it sucks you have to pay that much. You can't get a license driver to take out your car early?

I have no sympathy for people who drive without drivers license, I swear its like your asking to get your ass deported. You know your not suppose to do it, but you still do it.. WTF? Walk if you have to, ask for rides from friends, co-workers or family, take public transportation. Theres always a way to get around, hitchhike if you have to. But why jeopardize your application and a risk to get picked up by ice when your so close to getting approved.

You must be a single person with absolutely no responsibilities or job therefore you don't need to drive.

Thanks for looking anyway.I have no sympathy for comments like yours of people who think the way you think. Talking is easier said than done.

It's not that I can't take it out early its that there closed for the holiday weekend and I won't be able to pick it up until tomorrow, I need to get the ok from the police department first before I go to the towing company. And yes I'll have my wife go with me to pick it up.

Very true! It's very cumbersome to get to work w/o a car, specially in states where public transportation isn't as prevalent like NYC. Without a car in this country, getting around is very tough!

I agree, I live in the suburbs, public transportation is a big hassle! And to be bugging family members 7 days out of the week and for a ride! 300 days out of the year, is just not right! And hitchhike? Really? Wtf lol
