Assuming they still assign expiration dates that way, my guess is that they will try to approve new EADs as close to the expiration date as possible to minimize the amount of time shaved off. |

Probably not, since technically it's paid time off and that's eligible to employees who can legally work, despite me having the available vacation time. :/ |

Their processing time on their website (updated 4/30/16) states 6 months for initial requests which would coincide with that statement, but states 3.5 months for renewals. I've scoured the internet and apparently we can't truly do anything until our case has been pending 105+ days since the day it was received. I believe my 105th day is July 25th. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that and we all get our approvals at our 3 month mark
