Yes you will only list SS#s that were lawfully assign to you. DO NOT provide fake information like never ever ever ever. Back in the day people who were given a work permit were assigned different numbers usually starting with a 6 and once they would naturalize they were given a different one usually starting with a 4 at least this is what an attorney told me once.

Either way when I fill this out for my clients I never put fake social numbers.
