Get on that tinder and OkCupid stat. Clean yourself up, get some nice new clothes, get in shape, and learn a hobby that makes you interesting/more employable. Not only will this be good for you, but it will make you stick out in the dating scene and increase your chances at finding love.

thanks for the response!

That does sound much better than " the unknown " .

How long did it take for your AP to get approved ? Im consulting going to be consulting a lawyer and hope to get this all figured out within the next few months.

Married to US Citizen
Returned from my travel with Advance Prole.

First of all I want to say that this community is freaking awesome, you guys are super helpful.

All I need to know is there a Check List for me to follow so I can successfully move From DACA to AOS and finally become a US Resident.

So far I have:

Please try to google on your own next time. There are many posts on Google about this.
You can find all of this by googling AOS through marriage or AOS list. Most of the information comes from VisaJourney. Good luck.

Thanks for the help Chino. Yes I live with my wife.

We have been living together for about 2 years, and been married for a year.

My issue with this option is that my girlfriend is going to school still and us living together is not an option!!!

I am currently looking to see what other avenues there are for proving that our marriage is real.

question regarding I-485 Supplement A or 245i.

If left, and entered the country using Advance Parole, do I also need to file the 245i?
