I have not been carrying my EAD with me since 2012 my brother. I'm just going to be smart and not get in trouble with the law. I'm pretty sure I'll be fine. From what I've read, Juan seemed to have a lot of issues so I'm not even surprised he got deported. Now stop trolling. You sound like you've been planted here by those losers at Breitbart.

Screw you.

I made it in the Hopitality industry with no college and im entirely debt free and i know many DACA holders that have GEDs and own businesses.

Enjoy your debt. Loser.

How can USCIS not find a record of his renewal? That seems crazy to me.

They said he got DACA in 2014, and lost it in 2015 and was sent a letter. His lawyer says he is good until 2018. He was busted for driving without a license which is stupid since he could have gotten one with DACA or AB60.

i concur.. Got_Daca hates physically/mentally disabled DREAMers. he's like a B grade Steve King lite.

thats why he is happy this guy got deported, not to mention hes also a low grade "criminal" dreamer himself.

It seems difficult. He is saying he left his EAD and California ID in friend's car. CBP is saying his DACA expired in August 2015. If his version of story is not true, its going to be really hard. What makes it worse is he was caught after crossing over from Mexico.

Sorry, but what are your sources on this? I really want to know why he lost his DACA in 2015. Was it because he got caught driving without a license?

I feel like we're not getting all of the information here.

he's suing trump admn now though...

Juan Manuel Montes was deported by Customs and Border Protection on February 18 after illegally entering the United States by climbing over the fence in downtown Calexico, California, according to Homeland Security officials. Court documents note that the status of DACA recipients is terminated if the individual leaves the U.S. without receiving "advance parole." It is unclear whether Montes had such a clearance.
