just logged on and it says "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you." means I have been approved right? Mine expired on 9/8 and i had given up but this just made my day!!! woooooo!!

i contacted nilc to raise my case and just constant calls. Even though they would tell me i had to wait i just kep calling and hoping it made a difference.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I got my approval this morning !!!
It says for my both I-821D and I-765 " USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you."(ELIS account)
Praying for those still waiting!!!
