And look at 2017 ICE's operation report, look at how many things they can use to deport you, including "traffic offenses" (not DWI).

This kind of stuff rarely gets new coverage but it's happening. Wake up people, stop fighting among yourselves. Get media & congress' attention.

We need to email/call the ACLU, media outlets and any state reps if you live in a pro-DACA district. My rep's office did a lot to help me when my renewal was close to expiring.

They're also ignoring due process in a lot of these cases I've noticed. That alone should warrant a legal challenge by their council of said recipient has access to a lawyer.

Removing a judge because all signs point to an unfavorable verdict with another judge mid-trial, is indeed avoidance of due process.

Read the blog post I linked earlier for Matter of Castro-Tum.

There is so much information that we are not going to get heard. I sense that we need to start mobilizing now. Courts are testing the waters and if there is no push back the public will normalize the idea

Some of the users on this forum are hilarious. "Why don't Republicans go against their constituents who they made promises in exchange for votes and give us status!" vs "Democrats' virtue signaling is good enough! They don't owe us anything even though they beg for votes and donations using us as the premise for getting minority support!"

Those same constituants are overwhelmingly against deporting dreamers and support a solution. And if Dems were really all that passive, why would they bother suing to keep DACA alive? DACA would've ended when it was rescinded and nobody would have DACA beyond June 2018.

"Dems haven't unilaterally given us instant citizenship, WHAT A BUNCH OF VIRTUE SIGNALERS!"

What makes you think "Dems" are suing to keep DACA alive? It's private orgs and companies funding it...

Also, nice attempt at gaslighting, there is no implied expectation for Dems to deliver instant citizenship (except for UWD maybe), however, have they passed or attempted to pass (no show votes) any legislative solution? The answer is no. Have they utilized any amount of leverage since 2009? Again, the answer is no.
