I think this bill will only pass if it is part of CIR. I think it has no chance passing it stand alone because of the age limit of 32.

In case you didn't know this already. This would take away your work permits until you receive a degree or complete 4 years in the military.

Yes, when you get done with the W-1 VISA, you can apply for a W-2 to be able to work.

Basically we would go back to where we were without DACA during the W-1 VISA.

You do realize many people who already have their work permit from DACA won't be able to work with the W-1 Visa that they would have to get right? It's a step backwards, not forward.
