-I also plan to Send Expenses Receipts from regular purchases as food and etc.
-Should I include the Receipts from JULY 2012 on the (PHYSICAL PRESENCE ON JUNE 15) Category???
-I'm a little concerned as some of my bank statements don't have activity as the Bank Statement for July 2012 for example.
-I will include 2 Affidavit Letters on for JULY 15, 2007 and the other for JULY 15, 2012 and will Notirize them.

Find more stuff for 2010.. only 2 things will guarantee you an RFE since that's almost a whole year.:/ some people get it for missing 3 months. Just careful with that.

e) May-Jun Bank Statement this is mOre acceptable for June 15th 2012 requirement! You cannot submitt affidavit to prove presence on June 15th 2012

b) Social Security Receipt Letter (April 4, 2004): this belongs to you?? If it's your son's you don't need to submit his SSN... The BC will suffice

In 2010 cleaned an area of my house (kitchen) and threw all my bank statements and medical documents from that same year.

A lot people have sent like 2 things for a whole year and have gotten accepted.

Then again it could depend on who is reviewing your case.

During the last 6 Months I have't placed money on my Bank Account, therefore there are no Transactions for about the last 6 months only the Montly Fee that my bank charges me. Do you think that will affect me that I haven't don Transactions on June 2012?

Yes you need to submit prove that you were here on June 15th or close! Do u work? Gym membership? Anything

This is no no! You will be getting an RFE

I have Bank Statement but there are no Transactions on that Month, I don't work or attent to a Gym. The only think I can have from JUNE are some Purchase Receipts but none is exactly for JUNE 15

For 2010 you are lacking evidence so you may submit 2 affidavits to support that evidence.. The other years look fine...

Does thy receipt has your name on it?

It doesn't have to be exactly on the date. Proof from just before and just after the 15th would be good to send if you're short on evidence.

Do you use Facebook? Did you happen to send a message shortly before or after June 15th? Make a wall post? How about 4-Squared? Online purchases shortly before or after the 15th that were shipped to you? Any PayPal payments around that time? Do you have an eBay account?

Some people have gotten pretty creative about what kind of supporting documents to send.
