I know this is probably a dumb question but i need an answer. Let's say i'm going to use tab assist to divide each exhibit. Where would tab for exhibit 2 go? Does it go on the first page of exhibit 2 or the last page of exhibit 1 so that when it's lifted up you're immediately looking into the first page of exhibit 2? How did you guys do it?

The way I did was that I did not hole punch anything, I actually separated each exhibit with paper clips. So my tabs were placed on the first page of the exhibit I was referring to. That way they could just spread out each exhibit on their table or whatever because it was held by paper clips separately and look at whatever they need to. In one instance I had the same paper to prove different things, so on my table of contents I often wrote that paper on two exhibits but put "(Refer to exhibit **)" so they would know where that paper was and therefore it was best for me to just organize everything with paper clips instead. Idk just an idea

The way I did it is to make cover pages for each sections. The tab goes on the cover page, so all other documents I have are untouched. If you're going to put ACCO fastener on your packet like it would on the sample, you might not want your documents separated by paper/binder clips because you would end up with a bulky packet.

hahaha, this thread is making me feel pathetic! here you guys are meticulously working on your packages and me on the 14th when the forms were available i finished everything that night, had 4 four people double check it, wrote like less than 50 word cover letter acco clipped everything in together counted 15 documents in total including the forms, passport photo, and check stuffed everything in an envelope and was even ready to send it that day had it not been for those 4 people holding me down to wait until the 15. I was really hoping to be one of the first 100 people whose envelope was to be opened! it really is a first recieved first service. they will open them as they are collected by the date they arrived.

Looks kinda thick, but I thought better safe than sorry, so I ended up including more. Now the waiting begins.
Nice organization!!! Yep, the waiting is going to be hard but it will be well worth it. God Bless you!!

First I looked them up at Office Depot, but they wanted to charge like $8 for the dividers and $10 for shipping. I thought that was crazy. So I kept looking and eventually found them on eBay for $3.99 + free shipping, yay

Anyways, so on eBay just look up "Avery exhibit bottom tab dividers" and that should do it

I had a hard time looking for those tabs! I ended up using just regular post-it tabs. Doesn't matter, but your tabs just look more elegant lol
