I'm not sure of any good ones that do free consultations, when I looked for mine the free ones were the crap ones that didn't even knew waivers existed. The one I have is a bit expensive but he knows...

You don't have a passport? You need to go to the nearest Mexican Consulate & apply for one ASAP since you will need it to get into Mexico anyway...keep up posted or if you have any further questions!

Ugh brings back bad memories...I used to use my passport & didn't have a stamp and I would just tell my friends it was new so it didn't have a stamp when they wanted to see it. I never had a problem...
