Mine was sent to NSC with an IOE receipt number.
It was received Dec. 11th, did my bios Jan. 6th and got approved yesterday.

Mine expired on 4/19 and I haven't heard anything yet. I contacted USCIS, Congressman and Ombudsman.

I'm on the same boat, set to expire the 19th of this month.
My app was received on 12/11/16 and I already did my bios. I have looked at receipts before and after mine and they have been approved....
