I sent out my documents on March 25 2015
Uscis received them on April 1 2015
Received biometrics appointment april 11
Did biometrics on April 21st

By marriage ...the Ap just allows you to adjust here in the U.S. But it will have to be by marriage for example or something similar

Their is tons of successful stories around the forum ...I honestly haven't heard of anyone that gets advance parole and are deny when they try to come back to the country ...my best advised is talk...
