If your DL was issued after June 2009 and you have no poof of legal status then your DL has a restriction.
It says on the back of the DL and Top part of the front "NOT FOR FEDERAL PURPOSES"

My license no longer has any restrictions. When there was the law change in Maryland that you had to prove legal status I was not 21 yet. I had to get a new DL once I turned 21 and that one came...

I got my notification today at 1:46 am by text and I also got an email. I am so glad that my application is in process!
