I'm moving to Mexico next year. I'm from Peru, but met my gf in college she was an exchange student. I currently work at a Big4 and will probably look to continue doing the same thing over there.

My mom has a petition that my uncle filed. My dad, brother and I are covered under it. My mom's dad is a USC. We are not covered by 245i.

Can my mom get DACA? Since my grandparents are USC...

Isn't that basically an immigration reform? Anyone could apply and start the process which would take. 15 years, but then go back and adjust in their own country...

Yeah well the issues is a lot of people have petition that is not covered under section 245i, and cannot adjust in the coutry. If the ban is removed i would think they could go home and receive their...

This is my LIN1491063CCC, some ahead have been approved some before have too .. But there also others in between that haven 't. Anyone with a close enough LIN?

I think i am screwed and will loose my job... Received on 8/26/14... Walked in for my biometrics on 9/12/14... I expired on 11-19-14.

Someone ahead of me got approved for both 821D and work permit... Does that mean anything? Cause 1000 numbers before still said initial review for others..
