they said that they were "reviewing" my case and a week later after their first e-mail I got approved and then sent a second e-mail saying my case was given a resolution and that was now officially...

I also used this form , and from the date I summit it, I got approved 2 weeks later!! I don't know for sure what happened but I believe it helped me.

I had the last update on my case as of...

We are on the same situation my ead was approved but still waiting on the daca. How can someone be approved for the working permit if the daca is still under "initial review" my guess...

I came (was brought) to the US, when I was 11 years old, and I knew my illegal status, but my little sister (19 years old) 7 at that time did not know, until we were told why we were going to stay...

girl we have a similar time line... still waiting!.. I have received several job offerings from people that know I am waiting on the working permit.. I am so anxious!! I even got offered to start at...

OMG ... I did my bios on 10/30/2012 and haven't heard anything from them neither ..I think if this is far more true for those of us who are still waiting, then I most likely become a permanent...

my Lil sister sent her application 3 weeks later, and had her bios done nov. 29, 2012 .. and was approved 12/14/12 Nebraska service center ...
