UPS? I highly doubt the USCIS would use UPS over the US Postal Service. From previous posts, I believe they leave it in your mailbox.

This question is impossible to answer with facts. OP is looking for opinions with this thread. She is smart enough to know that we aren't plugged in to USCIS. I gave my opinion. You also gave yours....

Expenses - Forgot. I just included tuition, food and clothing. I used the national averages for the last 2.

Few people are in your boat, but as I said before, I highly doubt they care...
