I didn't hire anyone to do my paperwork and I also went about it the long way. I just got back this past Friday from Ciudad Juarez and I should be getting my green card in the mail soon. Good Luck :)

I have been here since 2001 and I am married to a us citizen. I have my visa appointment this month. If i got to do it all over again I would just apply for advance parole and go through the process...

Seems like they grab up whatever they can get i am just glad the cop wasn't a dick and called border patrol. He went as far as saying that hopefully the laws change soon so she can get her papers.

the rep told me to send only copies of the approval notices so i wouldn't be left with nothing and idk honestly but i guess they ask different things from other ppl just send them what they asked you...

no, i received two approval letters one for the i821d and the other for the i765. My mistakes were on my i765 receipt, i765 approval letter, and the ead card

you can always call the mexican consulate and make an appt idk how faster they do this but the one here in cali do this thing called "consulado sobre ruedas" they go to different towns issuing...
