If a TPS holder who's work permit expires on March 9th does that mean that it won't get renewed or does it get extended till September?

Where are you located ?

My AOS has been going really fast but they have slowed down recently. As of Sep 7th I'm ready to be scheduled for interview but nothing yet.

Just know that when I did that they told me they had produced no card and that it was still into production. That got me livid. Luckily, it was just a lazy T2 and my card came in the next day

Vivace they mail out the cards via priority mail

My DACA one arrived three days after it said card mailed (Columbus Day included) and my AOS EAD came in two days after it said Card Mail

No, mine was the same.

Once your card is ready case tracker should change to "Case Approved" and ELIS will say "We have mailed out card.."

Mine took 3 weeks after approval

So my AOS EAD combo card is still in production (Have my DACA one now so its cool) but I got two Advance Parole travel documents with multiple entries until Oct 2017 so I wonder if I'm still getting...

Awesome, you should get your card in a week! As soon as your ELIS account shows We have mailed etc... takes 3-4 days

I got my DACA EAD and started working at my job today !!


My AOS EAD with AP combo card is also in production and my interview date is still being scheduled

My job was like that to, well HR was

I still don't get why they need the physical card to verify employment literally the DACA approval letter has everything needed...

MY card went into production on Sep 20 and it finished production on Oct 6

I called yesterday and was informed that no card was produced and nothing was mailed out :LIES:

Called again today...

I checked my mail this morning and nothing. Went out and came back around 6pm and my mail was empty of course but before I headed out to the store I saw something in my mail

My EAD card !!!

I'm so over all this nonsense. The mail just dropped off the mail and there was nothing there. I know a few people who got tracking numbers yesterday but I am starting to believe that perhaps my card...
