when speaking to tier 1, after they have gone through all your info, request to be transfered to tier 2. if they hesitate explain STRONGLY, that its important.

hey i was thinking about you, i expire on 09/25 as well.

This is what i recommend everyone. Call tier 2 representatives, like every other day.

I have done everying from congressman to inquiries to ELIS to tier 2's calling me back 5x...

Biometric scheduled- 05/27 [Did walk in 05/20]
Expiration - 09/25

just got my case elevated by ilrc and awaiting on NILC. Yesterday got through to a tier 2 rep, and she sent my message to NSC. Did OMBUDSMAN this morning. Hopefully something happens...

did biometrics on may 20th and I expire on 09/25. I am a nervous wreck right now. contacted NILC and ILRC and numerous phone calls and ELIS messages. No success...
