Basically yes. Once they get the correspondence in their system call them and ask them to expedite your case. Again in order for it to be expedite you have to meet the criteria. You can't just call...

What service center are you from? All of my friends that did this it took 2 months to get approved. While mine took 1 month and 25 days to get approved.
